AI seating

MeetTimeSync AI seating is a web feature that proposes where guests sit at an event the host creates. A name is required. Other details are collected only when the host turns them on. The host writes the conditions in Korean, Japanese, or English, the AI proposes seats, and the host reviews and confirms them. A proposal can be wrong.

This page describes the service as of 2026-09-27.

Which events it fits

It fits weddings, receptions, year-end parties, workshops, clubs, and mixed-language events where people need to be seated at tables.

How to use it

  1. Create a seating project

Sign in, name the event, and create a seating project.

  2. Prepare the tables

Draw the tables on screen, or upload a venue photo so the tables can be read. The photo is used only for that reading and is not stored by the service.

  3. Collect guests

Send the invite link. Guests do not need a Google account. A name is required, and any detail the host turned on can be left blank.

  4. Write the seating request

Write the conditions in Korean, Japanese, or English and run AI placement. A run that fails, or is rejected before it runs, does not count toward the free limit.

  5. Review, then share

The host reviews and confirms the proposed seats, then shares them with guests.

What is collected, and what is not

  • The only required field is the name.
  • Age is collected only as a 5-year range, from 1–5 through 96–100, not as an exact age. Age, gender, MBTI, hobbies, skills, affiliation or job, relationship to the host, nationality, hometown, blood type, marital status, whether they have children, main area of activity, languages they can use, and event role are collected only if the host turns them on. They can be left blank. An event role is written only when the guest has one.
  • The service does not collect a national ID number, phone number, address, bank account, salary, religion, political views, health or disability status, sexual orientation, or a photo of the guest.
  • A name is always visible to other attendees. For every other item, the attendee chooses whether other attendees can see it, and items left visible are shown only after they agree. Age range, gender, blood type, marital status, children, and relationship to the host start as host-only. The seating plan stays with the host until it is confirmed.
  • Blood type is optional seating reference, not medical information. Guests can leave it blank.
  • A venue photo is sent only to read the table layout and is not stored by the service.
  • Content is sent to OpenAI in the United States only when AI placement or venue-photo reading runs. If those features are not used, that content is not sent.
  • The host can delete a seating project. An email deletion request is completed within 10 days of receipt.
