• Providing the meeting time coordination service
• Identifying and inviting meeting participants
• Sending email notifications (meeting confirmations, voting/preference reminders, AI recommendations, etc.). Notification emails may include affiliate advertising (Coupang Partners, Zoom, etc.) and are sent only after consent to receive them.
• Responding to inquiries related to service use
• Paid Pro subscription payment, subscription status, and refund processing

3. Retention Period of Personal Information

• Retained for the duration of service use
• Automatically deleted 90 days after the meeting ends
• Deleted immediately upon an account deletion request

4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

The Service does not provide users' personal information to third parties. However, the following cases are exceptions:

• When the user has consented in advance
• When required by law
• When you complete a paid subscription checkout, information necessary for payment (such as your email) is provided to Lemon Squeezy as the Merchant of Record. Payment method details are not stored on our servers and are collected and processed directly by Lemon Squeezy.

To provide the Service, we entrust the processing of personal information as follows:

Some processors, including Lemon Squeezy and OpenAI, may be located outside Korea (e.g., the United States). Items transferred, retention, and use follow each processor's privacy policy.
