meeting time for your group quickly and accurately.
Asking "When are you free?" in a group chat to set up a team meeting, then manually working out the overlap once everyone replies in their own format β most people have been through it at least once. It's not unusual for it to take more than a day just to schedule a meeting for five people.
There are tools like Doodle and When2meet, but none felt truly optimized for everyday use. UIs that are awkward to tap on mobile, limited language support, and no AI recommendations β we built MeetTimeSync to solve these frustrations.
Our goal is simple: to cut the time it takes to coordinate a meeting to under 10 minutes. So that teams can spend more energy on what really matters β preparing for and running the meeting itself.
